Forvio Privacy Policy
At Forvio, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers and their data. This Privacy Policy for Forvio s.r.o. (doing business as Forvio) (“Forvio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), outlines how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your information, and the steps we take to ensure its protection when you use our services (“Services”).
Information Collection and Use
Forvio collects information from our customers when they create an account, use our marketing mix modeling services, or communicate with us. The information we collect may include:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, company name, phone number, username
- Information you provide in messages and forms to us
- Payment information, such as billing address and credit card information
- Usage data, such as the frequency and manner in which our services are used
- Technical information, such as device type, operating system, and IP address
We use this information to provide and improve our services, communicate with our customers, and for internal business purposes, such as billing and customer service.
Connections
All connections to customers’ data source APIs and systems, as well as connections from data destinations such as Google Sheets or data warehouses, are SSL encrypted by default.
Data source permissions
Forvio requires customers to give access to read the data from data sources such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Google BigQuery APIs. We will make use of OAuth access tokens by which we access and retrieve the data. Customers can revoke these tokens both from Forvio login management as well as from the data source services themselves.
Forvio only ever requires the minimum amount of permission to read the data, and only when this is necessary for accessing the data needed.
Forvio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Learn more here.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
Forvio does not sell or rent, or trade our customers’ personal information to third parties. We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing and data analysis. These third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
Children
The Services are not directed to, nor intended to be used by, individuals under the age of 13. Forvio does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If you become aware that an individual under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately as described below. If we become aware that an individual under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
Forvio reserves the right to use or disclose Personal Data if it has a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to:
- comply with the law or with legal process served on or to cooperate with any legal investigation;
- protect and defend Forvio’s rights or property of those of its users;
- act in an emergency to protect someone’s safety; or
- investigate any violation or potential violation of the law, this Privacy Policy, applicable Services license restrictions, any other agreements between you and Forvio or other activity that is illegal or may expose Forvio to legal liability.
In all cases, such information will only be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws.
Data Security
Forvio implements security measures designed to protect our customers’ information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include physical, technical, and administrative controls, such as encryption and secure server hosting.
However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect our customers’ information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Forvio may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will notify our customers of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date above. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
